Our international visitors play an important role at Exclusively Show
Over the last 10 years the number of key international retailers visiting the show has grown very pleasingly.
In 2024, the show welcomed retailers from, amongst others, Germany, Guernsey, Sweden, South Africa, Spain, Greece, Nigeria and Italy.
In addition, key trade media editors attend - providing an opportunity to spread the exhibitors news across the world.
VIP International Visitor Programme
We support travel costs and provide free hotel rooms for 2 nights, and hold a Drinks Reception on the Monday evening where retailers can have 5-minute introductions to our exhibitors. See more details further down the page. Please enquire at
International Visitor Hotel Package
We offer a free hotel room for 1 night and £75 in travel expenses. Please enquire at

We offer up to £75 in travel expenses.
*Please note – All visitors the show receive complimentary tea/coffee during the day and a two course sit down lunch is available.
International VIP Package
The Exclusively Show runs a VIP Package for international retailers with selling relevant product ranges.
Who Can Qualify
Retailers must fall into one of the following groups:
- Retailers with more than 5 stores
- Large department stores (any number of sites)
- E-commerce businesses with turnover over €50 million
What the Package Includes:
Qualifying retailers will receive:
- Financial contributions towards flights
- Financial contributions towards hotel accommodation
- Catering provided within the show
- VIP show registration
- Access to the International Drinks Event on Monday 9th June
- Access to the Exclusively Drinks Reception on Tuesday 10th June

London Store Tour
New in 2026, Exclusively Show is introducing a London Store Tour, a new initiative to help international visitors (retailers and distributors) maximally benefit from their stay in London.
Retail store tours are an excellent way to see and compare competitors’ products and merchandising solutions first-hand, in a vibrant bricks and mortar setting in the heart of London. Under the guidance of the experienced Exclusively show team, it will be an excellent opportunity to benchmark your own business and review products offered by UK and international suppliers, many of whom will be exhibiting at the show.
The tour will take place on Monday 8th June and will be followed by an evening Meet the Buyer ‘speed dating’ style event (6.30 – 8.30pm).
